Copier World Pty Ltd offers some of the best shipping rates on toner, parts, consumables, and printing devices in Australia. We ship to all corners of the nation (except the Northern Territory which can be organized by calling our support team on 1300 657 317 at a quoted rate), and have warehouses in most states so we can get your order to you quicker than most of our competitors. We use reliable courier companies such as Start rack, Australia Post, TNT, and Couriers Please, so you can rest assured that your item is in safe hands.
All items are fully trackable, and we email all customers a tracking slip with details of their consignment so they can check the progress of their order.
We aim to have your order on your doorstep as soon as possible and to achieve this we use a combination of shipping from our own inventory as well as using our suppliers who are able to deliver direct to our customers.
With warehouses located across the country, Copier World is able to offer Australia-wide delivery. (Except Northern Territory which can be organized by calling our support team on 1300 657 317 at a quoted rate)
Because we provide same day dispatches on all orders for in-stock items placed before 2 pm, delivery to all metro areas nationwide is usually delivered on the following business day, however, allows up to 3 business days.
For all regional locations across Australia, delivery times vary between 2-7 business days.
These delivery times do not take into consideration any issues beyond our control e.g. courier problems or out-of-stock products. Any orders that contain backordered products will have the items in stock shipped as per usual and the back order items will be sent as soon as they are in stock. You will be notified if part of your order is not currently in stock.

Delivery for Printers Copiers MFDs Online Purchase

Delivery costs are charged based on the weight and dimensions of your order as well as the delivery location.
Any deliveries of photocopiers, wide format printers, or large multifunction machines will require a forklift on site as these items weigh anywhere between 45kg and 300kg.
If your order is affected by specialized delivery rules such as the requirement of a forklift or tail lift due to weight restrictions, our service team will contact you in order to provide a manual quotation for your review.
Printers that can be delivered by courier in Metro Areas with no extra equipment required are charged at a $29.95 flat rate.

Delivery on all toners, inks will incur a flat rate charge of $14.90 in Metro areas.
Delivery on all Large Format Paper Rolls will incur a flat rate charge of $19.95 in Sydney Metro areas, however, bulk orders of 5 or more boxes may incur further costs.

Installation to Network

Installation to the network can be provided at an additional cost.

General Terms and Conditions

Signature on delivery is required for all orders as proof of delivery and due to this, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please note shipping times vary depending on stock availability, delivery location, and couriers. No pickups are available in any state.
As per the delivery calculation tab, delivery on items that require either a forklift or tail lift will need to be quoted separately by our Support team.

Returns Policy

Copier World Pty Ltd do not accept returns under any circumstances unless the item you receive is damaged or faulty. If you receive your order and it is damaged upon arrival, DO NOT sign and accept the delivery.
In some cases, if a damaged package has been accepted we may be able to arrange for a return, however, you MUST contact our support team within 8 hours of receiving the damaged parcel.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Orders Placed with Copier World Pty Ltd or its Trading entities Rowe Australia or Copier House either Online or By way of Post, email or any other means  ,Once Invoiced will incur a 25% administration ,ordering and Restocking Fee.

Rowe Non Stock items  are ordered on receipt of Official Purchase orders only and will require a 25% Deposit before the Item is shipped out of the Manufacturers Warehouse and 100% payment before installation.

Once the order is placed with the manufacturer for Non Stocked Items and the item is configured and ready for shipment out of the Manufacturers Factory Cancellation of order will not be accepted under any Circumstances and Full payment as per Purchase Order will be due and payable.

Manufacturer Warranty Repairs & Support

Please be advised not all callouts and repairs to equipment are covered under warranty by the Manufacturers.

Any issues related to Client Error, Consumables or Normal wear and tear due to fair use of the equipment for which it was designed for is generally not covered by Warranty.

The warranty Information provided with the equipment when purchased normally has other exclusions which could be additional to above.

In these cases, all requests for repair and support will be Charged at Copier Worlds Standard Rates of Charges as listed under Charges and Costs for Customer-Support & Miscellaneous Admin Charges.

Decommission Relocation or Return of Equipment

Pickup Decommission and Return of A3 or Large Equipment Either Owned Outright or on termination of any Leased , Rented or any type of Finance Arrangement is Charged at $595.00 Ex gst Per device for Standard access and additional charges of $150 Ex gst per flight of stairs when access is Via stairs

Pickup Decommission and Return of A4 or Large Equipment Either Owned Outright or on termination of any Leased , Rented or any type of Finance Arrangement is Charged at $445.00 Ex gst Per device for Standard access and additional charges of $150 Ex gst per flight of stairs when access is Via stairs.

 

Please Note: Upto and Including 8 Steps is considered to be 1 Flight of Stairs.

Customer-Support & Miscellaneous Admin Charges

Please be advised applicable 1 st of March 2019 Copier World Pty Ltd Charges are as follows
Onsite Support Copiers Printers- Fee of $175.00 Ex GST which includes First Half Hour of Labour onsite Additional Charges of $60.00 Ex GST applies to Next or part of in Half-hour blocks thereafter.

Onsite Support Standard Large Format Tech Plotters INKJET- Fee of $275.00 Ex GST which includes First Half Hour of Labour onsite Additional Charges of $120.00 Ex GST applies to Next or part of in Half-hour blocks thereafter.

Onsite Support Rowe Large Format Devices -Fee of $325.00 Ex Gst which includes First half Hour of labor additional Charges of $150 Ex Gst Per every half hour or Part off thereafter.

All Phone or online Support is Charged at $120.00 ex gst per Half Hour block

All admin Related Charges including but not limited to chasing for outstanding invoices which are due outside of its terms for COD and New customers and for existing account customers in excess of 60 days are charged at a minimum of $290.00 Ex GST which covers for up to 1-hour.

Additional time Charges are invoiced at $145.00 Ex GST Per half-hour block.
